文字方塊: The yearly Macau Trip for S1 students took place during the Easter Holidays this academic year.  The learning activity is a part of the wider study which puts the cultures of Hong Kong and Macau in a comparative focus.  Mrs. Mabel Lee, the Supervisor and Mr. Dennis Chan, the Principal, separately led S1 students in two rounds to conduct site visits and data collection in Macau.  Based on topics of their own interests, such as architecture, tourism, young people’s life and so on, students in 48 study groups carried out their research about the culture of Macau as compared to that of Hong Kong.  Each group will present their findings in humanities lessons afterwards.

 English Carnival  l  3 April

文字方塊: Learning English through various fun activities is always the goal of the Primary School. It is what our teachers all do in the daily lessons with our students. Extending it beyond the classroom, this year the English Department kicked off a fun-filled event to weave language and culture together – it’s English Carnival!

The children had so much fun with the treasure hunt and collective games running around everywhere looking for clues and winning prizes. The interactive science show let the children explore the Bernoulli’s Principle and the simple science magic amazed us all.

The event has not only brought us fond memories but also the pleasure and pride that we all took in being a part of this amazing experience.
