The 1st Round-table Conference - "Education Hub and Education Industry – What Aims? What Policies?", organized by the Foundation, was held on Saturday afternoon, 24 October. The Conference was co-organized with Business & Professionals Federation of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Ideas Centre and HKUGA.
After the two speakers, Prof. Cheung Ping-leung and Mr. Leung Kam-chung shared their insights and opinions with the participants, the representatives of the three co-organizers made their comments. The participants eagerly exchanged their views in the discussion session.
The event was reported in several major newspapers the following day, as well as in the Capital Magazine (November Issue, 2009) and Hong Kong Economic Journal Monthly (December Issue, 2009). |
