Ahead of the Lunar New Year, the Alumni Parent Network successfully hosted the Caramel Nut Tart Workshop on 17 January. The event was filled with a warm and lively atmosphere as a group of alumni parents gathered to handcraft delicious and festive caramel nut tarts.

Under the guidance of the instructor, participants enjoyed every step of the process - from preparing the caramel and arranging the assorted nuts to baking. Everyone shared baking tips and parenting experiences, soaking in the rich aroma of nuts while celebrating the early festive spirit of the New Year. 

Feedback from attendees was overwhelmingly positive. Many praised the workshop as both practical and delightful, noting that they not only learned how to make an exquisite festive treat but also spent a thoroughly enjoyable and fulfilling morning together.
