The 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Foundation took place on 13th December at Lippo Chiu Chow Restaurant in Admiralty. The meeting approved the Audited Accounts and the Executive Committee (ExCo) Report for 2024.

We were honored to have Mr. Henry HOOI, Non-executive Director and Chief Strategic Advisor of Digital Domain, as our Guest of Honour for the Annual Dinner. He gave a talk on "Opportunities and Challenges in the Era of AI Virtual Humans" and invited participants to visit the Digital Domain office to explore AI development in filmmaking.

The Dinner was a wonderful gathering, with all 15 tables filled. To celebrate the Foundation’s 24th Anniversary, many members brought friends to share the joy, including Under Secretary for Education Dr Jeff Sze, Ms Julita CHAN and Ms Victoria LAU who are  representatives of our major donor Chan Dang Social Services Foundation, and numerous senior education professionals from Hong Kong. Senior staff from our two schools, parents, alumni and alumni parents also joined, making it a joyful reunion for many and a festive occasion for all!

During the Dinner, an alumnus of our two schools, Ms Joanne LI shared her experiences with guests, reflecting on her decision to attend HKUGA Primary School and College when she was young and its far-reaching impact.
